Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bacon, cut into squares
- 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced

- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of half and half
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives

Instructions:
In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy. Remove from the pot and set aside.
