Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Fritos, crushed
  • 4 large tortillas (wrap size)
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 whole avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until well combined. Set aside.

  2. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread one heaping tablespoon of the sauce over the bottom half of the tortilla, leaving a one-inch edge on each side.

  3. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons of diced tomato, 1/4 of the diced avocado, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup of shredded chicken over the sauce.

  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of crushed Fritos over the chicken. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sauce over the top.

  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.

  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

  7. Cut each wrap in half and serve.
