Ingredients:
- 1 petite jar
For the cookie dough:
- 150 grams of all-purpose flour
- 50 grams of luscious butter
- 50 grams of chocolatey sugar
- 15 grams of cinnamon powder
- 5 grams of baking powder
- 1 egg
For the glaze:
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of liquid milk
- Food coloring
- Cookie molds
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine all the cookie dough ingredients and knead until they meld harmoniously.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for a cool 2 hours.
3. After the 2-hour chill, flatten the dough to approximately 1cm thickness and shape it with the cookie molds.
4. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
5. While the cookies are baking, prepare the glaze. Mix powdered sugar and milk until fully incorporated, then add food coloring to suit your preference.
6. Once the cookies are done, let them cool before adorning them with the vibrant glaze.
As an added note, in a delightful twist of fate, I found myself without cookie molds the other day—haha! Consequently, I ingeniously fashioned my own from used beverage cans 😅😅 Don't mind the shapes; what matters is our heartfelt cooking effort for our beloved families. May this inspire you! 😃🤗
