Valentine's Day Delight: Simple Recipe for Homemade Chocolate Truffles

Start by melting dark and white chocolate separately in a double boiler or microwave until they are completely melted. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the melted chocolate into the sugar mixture and stir until well combined.

Fill chocolate truffle molds halfway with the chocolate mixture. Allow the molds to cool slightly, then carefully invert them onto a plate to release the truffles. Allow the truffles to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They should last for several days if kept in the refrigerator.
