Ingredients for the Chocolate Banana Tart
- Cookie Tart: 18cm, 1 piece
- Couverture Chocolate: 200g
- Fresh Cream: 150g
- Rum (optional): 1 teaspoon
- Banana: 1 piece
- Fresh Cream: 100g
- Granulated Sugar: 7g
- Fruit of Your Choice: As appropriate
Instructions
1. Prepare the Banana: Slice the banana into rounds, add lemon juice to prevent discoloration, and place it at the bottom of the cookie tart pan.
2. Prepare the Chocolate: Finely chop the couverture chocolate.
3. Make the Chocolate Cream: Bring the fresh cream to a boil in a small saucepan, add to the chocolate, and let it stand for about 1 minute. Mix well with a whisk until smooth.
4. Assemble the Tart: Pour the chocolate mixture into the cookie tart, smooth the surface, and chill in the refrigerator until it hardens.
5. Decorate with Fresh Cream: Add granulated sugar to the fresh cream and whip until it reaches 7 sq. ft. Place this in the center of the chocolate tart.
6. Arrange Fruits: Cut and arrange your chosen fruits as you like. For a festive touch, consider topping with kiwi, strawberries, oranges, bananas, and blueberries.
