- 40g rice bran oil per mold
For Cocoa Donuts:
- 6 silicone donut molds
- 1 egg per mold
- 30g cane sugar per mold
- 10g honey per mold
- 30g light flour per mold
- 15g almond powder per mold
- 5g cocoa per mold
- 1g baking powder per mold
- 40g rice bran oil per mold
Finishing:
- 80g to 100g sweet chocolate
- 80g to 100g white chocolate
- Appropriate amount of coconut fine
- Appropriate amount of roasted and chopped pistachios
- Appropriate amount of freeze-dried raspberries
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 170℃ (340℉).
2. Prepare the dough for each mold:
- Mix the egg, sugar, and honey in a bowl. It's fine if the sugar dissolves.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, almond powder, and baking powder. If making cocoa donuts, also sift in the cocoa.
- Add the rice bran oil to the flour mixture and mix until it forms a dough.
- Pipe the dough into the molds and bake in the oven at 170℃ for about 15 to 18 minutes. The donuts should have just the right amount of elasticity.
3. Finishing:
- After baking, let the donuts cool slightly before removing them from the molds.
- Prepare tempered chocolate or melt chocolate in hot water and apply it to the top half of the donut.
