Ingredients:

Instructions:

  2. Pop the bowl in the microwave for about 45 seconds. After that, take it out (careful, it might be hot!), give everything a good stir, and put it back in for another 30 seconds or until all the ingredients have melted enough to mix easily.
  3. Once everything’s nicely melted, grab a whisk or a fork and blend everything together until you’ve got a smooth mixture.
  4. Next, take a spoon or a spatula and divide the mixture into an ice cube tray, silicone molds, or muffin liners—whatever you have handy. These molds will shape your fat bombs, so pick something that makes you happy!
  5. Cover your molds and stick them in the freezer. Let them sit there for at least 2 hours until they're solid.
  6. After they’ve frozen, pop the fat bombs out of their molds and transfer them to a plastic freezer bag or container for easy storage. They should slip out pretty easily because of all the fats!
