1) First Step: Ingredients

Start by making the crepe batter. Crack one egg into a clean, dry bowl, then add the flour and about one-third of the milk. 

2) Second Step: Mix

Mix these ingredients using a whisk. The batter should be thick, and you should ensure there are no flour lumps for a smooth texture.

3) Third Step: Add Ingredients

Next, add the powdered sugar, the remaining milk, and the melted butter to the batter. It's best to use warm milk, as this helps keep the butter from solidifying when mixing.

4) Fourth Step: Separate

Separate about one-third of the crepe batter into a different bowl and mix in the cocoa powder. If this mixture seems too thin, add a teaspoon of flour to thicken it slightly.

5) Fifth Step: Cook

Transfer the cocoa batter to a piping bag. Place a non-stick pan on the stove and heat it on low.
